When you have purchased a new moses basket many parents decide to get a spare moses basket covers set. A set will usually include the hood cover, inlay and drape for the outside of the basket and a matching quilt cover sheet.
Getting a replacement set can be useful as you will have a set to use whilst the other is in the wash. Not all of the main retailers of moses baskets sell the cover sets separately but as most baskets are generally a standard size you can get sets of covers from retailers and specialist who can make up personalised custom sets. These not only get practical use but after they grow out of them make nice sentimental keepsakes.
